Fed Revolte

Director

Fednet (Fed) Revolte, NPA’s 2024 Innovator of the Year and recipient of NPA’s 40 Under 40 recognition, is a visionary leader in urban parking management. Fed began his parking journey as a cashier for a national parking company. From there, he quickly advanced within the company to a management position. After a twelve-year tenure in the private sector, during which he held several key management roles, he transitioned to a municipal position with the City of Tampa in 2019. Under his leadership, the Parking Division of the City of Tampa has undergone significant transformation, adopting technological advancements and innovative strategies to improve the parking experience for both residents and visitors. Fed led the implementation of city-wide mobile payment options for on-street parking, surface lots, and frictionless garages. By employing a multi-app approach to parking operations, the division streamlined the payment process and greatly enhanced convenience for parkers. He spearheaded the upgrade of outdated parking control and revenue systems (PARCS), converting four of the nine city garages into frictionless parking facilities. This innovative method eliminates the need for physical tickets and gates, reducing wait times, congestion, and the environmental impact of paper tickets.
